Autism Voice was founded 11 years ago. There were no therapy centers then, and the activity of the NGOs supporting the cause of the children with autism was at the beginning of its road.

Step by step, special people gathered around this project, and more and more sponsors and partners decided to support children with autism.

In ten years, we managed to change the social perception on autism, we developed awareness campaigns, we organized training classes for thousands of specialists, we had social impact projects and we engage in constant efforts for developing the field of applied behavior analysis, our aim being to ensure the best, state of the art interventions for children with autism.

The management of a team of 40 specialists implies the continuous development of the leadership skills. I know great leaders attract, hire, and inspire great people, so I want to be an inspiration for my team and for the people with whom I am collaborating.
