Bio

I have been working for 14 years as a lawyer and I had the chance to work for some of the biggest companies doing business in Romania, on many unique and complex projects. However, my dream was to be independent and to do everything on my own, based on my personal experiences and principles. Such dream became reality and today I am happy to experience it. Being able to help others to understand the legal stuff and to educate young entrepreneurs in developing the legal part of their business brings me more satisfaction than ever.

 

 

My Leadership motto

A good leader has empathy for his people and highly developed emotional intelligence skills. Otherwise, he is not a leader, but just a boss. Bosses are everywhere but people need to look up to leaders, to be inspired by them.
