Join us this April as we celebrate leadership, business growth, and a decade of empowerment.
Part 1: Leadership CeremonyThis year, we will spotlight five outstanding projects presented on stage, showcasing leadership in action. We are honored to welcome Roxana Popescu, General Manager of Avon Romania, who will join us as a keynote speaker. Avon has been the official partner of the BWFR Leadership Program for six years, supporting the growth of female leaders. We will also officially launch Leadership Edition 7 (2025-2026) and share details for those looking to join the next cohort.
Part 2: SHE’S NEXT Panel by INGThis unique program supports business growth, and we will meet this year’s three winners. The panel will dive into the realities of entrepreneurship, sharing insights on challenges, opportunities, and success stories.
