I had over 20 years of experience in management, in different managerial positions -Purchasing, Operational and Logistics, Sales & Marketing Manager- at ELPRECO Starting with this year I decide to work for my business that activate into the food industry. The main priorities for my job is to facilitate optimum utilization of resources,  machines, materials, money and people, to use efficiently through effective management to accomplish desired results. My daily focus is to sustain the people development, provoke them to discover themselves and to use their creativity to deliver joy to the others.

I graduated the University of Craiova- Faculty of Mechanics and I had an Executive MBA degree at ASEBUSS Bucharest.
