Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Sociology, Major Psychology, West University of Timisoara. 

10 years’ experience in human resources, account management and supply chain (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). Project manager effectively leading international human resources projects and local operational projects (Prince2 Methodology). Set-up of business processes in both operational and human resources areas.
