Skilled in Retail banking, SME, Compliance, Risc management, Banking products, Internal Control Systems, etc. Strong entrepreneurship professional. Teaching experience: delivered trainings in sales and banking products. Exemplary interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Graduated Leadership Programme from Harvard Business School, graduated ME and Economics Faculty from Dunarea de Jos University.

 

 

My Leadership motto

I stongly believe that a leader's role is to remove obstacles and enable others to succed. The best leaders are servant leaders. People are like the grass in the garden: you have to wait, to care, to love and feed it; you can't just pull the grass and expect it to grow faster.

On the other hand the character attributes means a lot. If specific knoledge or skills are teacheble, the dimensions like character, work ethic, basic inteligence and dedication to fulfilling commitments are ingrained values.
