17 years of experience in Hospitality Industry as Housekeeping Manager. I start to work in a 37 rooms hotel and grow up with every new experience. What brings me every morning to my job is passion. And the guests' comments about how clean is the hotel I work in. It makes me feel that all the efforts counts. I like to smile and to get smiles back, either is about guests or workmates.
