terms & regulations

PURPOSE

​

MADE IN WOMANIA community is a closed group, designated only for BWFR registered members, in order to introduce B2B solutions to our community members by their own demand.

MEMBERSHIP

​

• All members in BWFR Made in womania group need to be registered as BWFR members first.

• Every BWFR member that wants to join the group will need to fill-up a request to enter the group (FB FORMAT) and one of the admin will confirm it after it has agreed with all terms & conditions in using the group's resources.

REGULATIONS

 

• Only BWFR registered members can join the group. If you are not a member, please join us for FREE at the following link https://www.bwfr.org/join-us
  After your membership will be approved, you will be able to join the group.

• All communication in the group will be done in English or Romanian

• All opinions / comments will be treated with mutual respect, unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow group members with that same respect.

• Please stick to the mission statement of the group. Irrelevant content does not belong to this group.

• Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, email the group admin info@bwfr.org

• It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to advertise business, service, events or any other type of publicity within the group – we allow only to post requests for suppliers / services.

• Suppliers / Service providers will be able to respond in a comment/Message, inviting the service seeker to a private discussion.

• It is not allowed to post Job offers

• Registered NGO can post requests for volunteers.

• MLM, gambling, tobacco and other activities which request special governmental license are not allowed within this group.

• Uploads of data files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another person's computer are forbidden.

• Information harvesting or any type data collecting (emails, mobile phones, websites, etc.’) or prohibited.

• The group admin is entitled to deny entry to any member which do not follow the group entry criteria and as well keeps the right to remove any group member in any time, without the need to provide any explanation for the removal.

• We will not allow using of bad language in this group, nor any statement / comment that the group admin deems inappropriate in nature.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

• All communication in the group will be done in English or Romanian

• All posts will be moderated by an ADMIN, with the purpose of ensuring the values of the group are respected.

• BWFR cannot carry any responsibility related to working places, advertisement, validity of work etc.

• Noncommercial approach - We will not allow commercial / events promotional items- the only events accepted to be posted are BWFR events.

EXCLUSION

• A member within the BWFR MADE IN WOMANIA- group can be excluded from the GROUP, without losing the BWFR membership status.

• Possible reasons for exclusion (not limited to):

• Repeatedly using a language that doesn’t respect the values and purpose of this group

• Repeatedly posting content that doesn’t respect the values and purpose of this group

• Posting job opportunities false or misleading

• Posting proposed companies of people not BWFR member or BWFR member but not within BWFR group

• Creating, through posts and comments, a threatening and unfriendly environment for one or multiple members within the GROUP

 

Liability

• In no event shall BWFR, its affiliate or any of their respective directors, employees, shareholders, managers, and service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damage or losses arising from or directly or indirectly related to the services provided by BWFR or the BWFR group. By approving the terms and conditions you are willingly release BWFR its affiliate or any of their respective directors, employees, shareholders, managers, and service providers from any liability whatsoever.

 

GDPR

• BWFR operation procedures are fully compliant with GDPR regulations from 25th May 2018 and we operate rigorously subordinate to those regulations and standards.

• The personal data of the persons of all Parties, as well as their employees who will have access to the group, will be processed under the terms of European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

• The Parties shall provide security measures with respect to personal data as required by Article 32 of the GDPR. Thus, the Parties undertake to take and apply all appropriate technical and operational measures to protect personal data against any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access and against unlawful processing.
