All the latest projects where the employee has been involved are based on SDLC processes. The employee has been working for the financial services sector.

During her career as IT professional has developed deep technical skills and detailed knowledge of the Portfolio Management, ITIL and Agile Methodology.

The employee has wide experience in software delivery, team leading, coaching, in defining requirements for the integration of different technological components, quality assurance. Skilled in building cross-functional teams, the consultant is demonstrating strong communication skills and making critical decisions during challenges. Adaptable and transformational leader with an ability to growth and coach team members and team leads. Developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.
