MY LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
Cristina Buja
Programme Manager
"Princess Margareta of Romania" Foundation
Bio
I have more than 10 years of experience working in NGO projects. I worked as a social assistant, psychologist, project coordinator and currently I manage all the programme run by the "Princess Margareta of Romania" Foundation.
I have a degree in Social Assistance and Psychology and I love to learn about the human brain and its characteristics and most of all, about emotional intelligence.
I strongly believe that intelligence in learning does not prepare you for the difficult situations you face inevitably in your life. A high IQ is not a guarantee of success in life.
Emotional intelligence is a dominant factor which, like maths or reading, can be managed with more or less tact and which involves a unique set of skills. The way these skills are used determines success in life.
I'm a mother, a psychologist, a trainer, a manager, a blogger (www.funparenting.ro) and in all these parts of my life, I like to teach people to help themselves. I believe in each of us there is an amazing power waiting to be found.
My Leadership motto
I like to teach people to help themselves. In each of us there is an amazing power waiting to be found.
