Born in Bucharest and with a Bachelor in Banking and Finance, Ioana has developed a strong experience in commercial sector. She is a sales woman specialized in Telecom business with more than 10 years of experience in sales, people management and sales team development. She is a trustee team player, fair and self-confident. She built her way to the top, step by step, starting with a job in a call center and passing through all sales departments, this way she learnt a lot of things and gained access to many complex and challenging projects.

She is also NLP certified (2013) as she always had a genuine desire to help people grow and become more mindful of themselves and others.
