BWFR’s 10-Year Celebration is more than just an event—it’s a testament to the power of leadership, community, and growth. Get ready for an evening filled with inspiration, recognition, and the energy of hundreds of like-minded professionals and entrepreneurs!

 

Part 1: Leadership Ceremony

For the past six years, the BWFR Leadership Program powered by Avon has shaped and supported visionary women on their path to leadership. This year, we honor not only our graduates but also the five outstanding projects selected to be showcased on stage.

We are honored to welcome Roxana Popescu, General Manager of Avon Romania, to the stage. Avon has been the official partner of the BWFR Leadership Program for six years, and their commitment to empowering women in business continues to inspire.

We will also unveil the official launch of Leadership Program Edition 7 (2025-2026) and share details for those eager to embark on their own leadership journey.

 

Part 2: The SHE’S NEXT Panel, Powered by ING
