Marta is a business-savvy law professional with a recognized track record of almost 20 years in top ranked law firms. She has wide experience in various practice areas, including corporate consultancy, contracts, M&A transactions, secured finance, data protection and employment law, as well as public procurement procedures. Marta has been involved in some of the most important legal due diligence investigations and transactions in Romania during the last 15 years, gaining particular expertise in detailed investigations of domestic companies and drafting due diligence reports.
She has more than 15 years’ experience assisting world-leading companies in management consulting, IT services, complex outsourcing agreements, data protection and privacy matters, and is the author of various articles published in international and Romanian magazines.
